What the licence includes, how to see your invoices and how to move the licence to another device.
Your account
In My account on tpvstream.com you'll find:
- Your licences and their status.
- Each licence's options: satellite seats, cloud and support.
- Your purchase invoices.
The licence
A licence is activated on one main register. It's a lifetime licence: you pay once and use it forever.
On the app's activation screen you'll see for each licence:

| Available | Ready to activate |
| On this POS | Already active on this device |
| On another POS | Active on another device |
| Transfer requested | Waiting for our approval |
| Blocked | Contact us |
Move the licence to another device
- On the new device, sign in with your account in the wizard.
- On your licence, tap Request transfer.
- We approve the transfer and the licence moves to the new device.

If TPVStream says there are no seats left, extend your licence in your account. See also our pricing.
